reclamos de clientes, asegurando que se aborden de manera eficiente y justa, con el objetivo de mejorar la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente y la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Alcance.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Esta pol\u00edtica se aplica a todos los empleados de PLATY y a todos los clientes que deseen presentar un reclamo relacionado con los productos o servicios de la empresa.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Definiciones.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Reclamo: Cualquier expresi\u00f3n de insatisfacci\u00f3n por parte de un cliente con respecto a un producto o servicio de la empresa.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Cliente: Persona o entidad que adquiere o utiliza los productos o servicios de PLATY.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Resoluci\u00f3n: Proceso de solucionar un reclamo de manera satisfactoria para el cliente y la empresa.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Principios.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li Procedimiento para la Presentaci\u00f3n de Reclamos.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Recepci\u00f3n del Reclamo:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\">Los reclamos ser\u00e1n recibidos por medio del correo electr\u00f3nico info@platy.me o a trav\u00e9s del sitio web de PLATY.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Cada solicitud de reclamo ser\u00e1 registrada en el sistema DashBoard bajo el n\u00famero de c\u00e9dula del usuario. Esto permitir\u00e1 un seguimiento preciso y eficiente de cada<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">interacciones con los clientes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Confirmaci\u00f3n de Recepci\u00f3n<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Confirmar al cliente la recepci\u00f3n del reclamo dentro de las primeras 24 horas, proporcionando informaci\u00f3n sobre el proceso y el tiempo estimado de resoluci\u00f3n.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Investigaci\u00f3n y An\u00e1lisis<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">El departamento responsable investigar\u00e1 el reclamo, analizar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n y determinar\u00e1 la causa ra\u00edz del problema.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">2. Resoluci\u00f3n.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\">Proponer una soluci\u00f3n al cliente y, si es aceptada, implementarla lo antes posible.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Si la soluci\u00f3n propuesta no es aceptada, se deben explorar alternativas o escalar el caso a un nivel superior.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li4\">Comunicaci\u00f3n de la Resoluci\u00f3n.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Informar al cliente sobre la resoluci\u00f3n final y las medidas adoptadas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li5\">Cierre del Reclamo.
